Antonio Andre R. Alfelor

Atty. Alfelor’s primary areas of practice are Real Estate Law and Estate Planning. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the Philippines.
Prior to joining the Firm, Atty. Alfelor worked for the National Government at the Office of the President – Office of the Executive Secretary: Strategic Initiatives Management Office (OES: SIMO) of the Republic of the Philippines, and subsequently with the tax firm Ernst & Young (SGV & Co).
Atty. Alfelor advises on and prepares documentation for Philippine and foreign clients on various corporate and commercial deals and transactions, including joint ventures, tax implications, administrative regulations, and estate planning.
Atty. Alfelor received his bachelor’s degree from the Ateneo De Manila University, and his Juris Doctor degree from the same University in 2011. Atty. Alfelor was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2012.
