Magtibay Law is a full-service law firm based in Ortigas Center, Philippines, which specializes in litigation, arbitration, commercial law, construction law, sports and entertainment law, intellectual property law, and labor. 

Magtibay Law was established in 2019 by Atty. Arleo Magtibay Jr.  In 2021, Attys. Enrico Angeles and Antonio Alfelor joined the firm, which then transitioned into a partnership in 2023.

The Firm advises and represents a number of clients in domestic and international arbitration cases, both ad hoc and institutional, such as those before the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center (PDRC) and the Construction Industry Arbitration Commission (CIAC). 

Our lawyers have represented clients in different courts of the Philippines, from the First Level Courts up to the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court, including the Sandiganbayan and the Court of Tax Appeals. Our lawyers also handle and assist clients in cases before different government agencies such as the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHL), Department of Trade and Industry – Fair Trade Enforcement Bureau (DTI-FTEB), National Telecommunications Commission (NTC), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Bureau of Customs (BOC), Bangko Sentral Ng Pilipinas (BSP), Bureau of Immigration and Deportation (BID), Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA), National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC), and the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).
